Forty-three students are scheduled to compete in the Keiser University College of Golf Match Play Championship. Today and tomorrow students will compete in a stroke play qualifier with the low eight players advancing to match play beginning next week. The qualifier is being played at the PGA Golf Club Dye Course in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The winner of the event will have to qualify and then win four matches to claim the championship. The tournament gives students a platform to gain experience playing competitive golf and learn about their game. It also will help prepare them for their  Players Ability Test. Results of the qualifier will be reported Friday. Updates on Match Play next week.
